Ordered as a gift, process was easy and tea set was very nice.

I really like my tea set. I don't care much for the excess cleaning that goes into it. But overall it does keep tea warmer than any other pot I have. It also is a great conversation starter.

The only reason I give it 4/5 stars is because I thought it was supposed to keep my tea warmer for longer, but I see no difference from any other tea pot.

I wanted one of these for a long time and wondered if it was worth the money, then i finally got it now i know its it's very well worth the money. i love this tea pot.
