I gave this item as a gift, which the recipient loved and said was packaged nicely. I chose 1 day shipping, which the gift did get delivered on time. I also was able to have customer service correct a last minute zip code error on my behalf very timely so that delivery did not get mixed up. Very happy with this item!

The REAL thing!

I got a sampler of the earl grey teas for my husband, and he said that they were the real thing, not processed or manufactured. He felt that the tea leaves were just picked up from the plant. However, after trying they all, the Russian black tea was not as good as the others. It wasn't bad, just not as good. We will definitively purchase more teas in the future. He just has to decide which tea is the best.
