I am new to green tea. I have been trying green teas from all over. The price here is excellent for Organic Japanese Sencha. The taste is mellow if you brew according to the instructions. I would not hesitate buying this green tea again.

Excellent taste and less expensive than other places

Sencha is our favorite tea. This organic sencha tea is the best tasting sencha we've have ever enjoyed drinking. It is refreshing and fresh and healthy. We appreciate that it is grown organically bringing us a chemically free cup of healty tea. We recommend this tea to anyone who enjoys a good tasting cup of tea and the healthy benefits of an organic green tea.

I ran out of regular sencha and decided to try organic sencha this time. I must say that either this was a very good batch of tea, or the fact that it is organic really makes a difference. One of the biggest differences that I noticed was that the tea wasn't as bitter, even though I made it the same way I always do. For those of you who are new to sencha, or green tea in general, this tea is a great 'any time of the day' tea. It is lighter tasting compared to black tea and gyokuro green tea. After steeping you will have a beautiful pale green cup of tea. I will definitely be ordering this tea again.
