i bought this cup to match my red cast teapot that i have had for years but sadly the colors are not the same......no problem.....it is now my sake cup and it does an admirable job.i warm some water in the microwave,let it sit in the cup,empty it,then fill with some sake. your sake warms up and is perfect to sip.the cup is pretty,made well,no rough edges and no metal taste.i love it.
