works great - just wish it had a handle

I have a two-cup teapot, but I use a one-cup mug to drink tea. Because this strainer only dips about a third of the way into my pot, I can pour the first cup right away, and the tea does not continue steeping--my second cup is safe! This way, I do not need to find a place to temporarily hold my tea, as I did with my mesh ball infuser.

I haven't used my iron Japanese teapot for a year due to a lost strainer. This strainer is a perfect fit and my teapot is back in business.
